ORDERS & DELIVERY
How do I place an order?
Simply order through our website or scan our QR code to view menu options and order in contact us.
How big are the Churro?
Churro are approx 8-10cm long. As they are hand made, Not every Churro
is exactly the same size.
How much notice do you need for an Order?
We recommend at least 24 - 48 hours notice for pre-pack orders. Larger orders may take longer, please contacts us to confirm.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver to selected areas on set days unless previously organised.
What areas do you deliver to?
Brisbane & Surrounds ( Wed & Fri)
Sunshine Coast (Tues & Fri)
Gold Coast (Wed & Fri)
weekends can be arranged with costs

Are Our Churro Gluten Free?
No, sorry, we dont do Gluten Free due to possible contamination.
What are Churro Hero packs?
A: Fresh churros prepared and snap-frozen for your next day delivery so you can enjoy them at home, work/office or Catering, served with a chocolate fudge or caramel fudge sauce.
How do I reheat them?
A: See Heating Instructions.
Heat in oven or air fryer or household fryer until warm and crispy, then coat in cinnamon sugar.
Suggestion- DO NOT HEAT IN THE MICROWAVE - THEY WILL NOT BE CRIPY AND COULD BE CHEWY
How long do they last?
Fridge: up to 4 days in the sealed bag
Freezer: up to 3 months in the sealed bag.

Do you cater for events?
Yes! We cater for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, markets and festivals.
Do you cook fresh on-site?
Absolutely — For larger events we can use churro trailer can cook hot, fresh churros at your event.
How many people can you cater for?
From small gatherings to large events — we’ve got options for all sizes. We have catered for up to 500 people.
Do you offer corporate catering?
Yes, perfect for office events, staff treats, and functions. and WE can cook onsite.
Do you do bulk orders for bigger events like Stadiums, Caterers and big events?
YES, we sure can with a certain amount of notice. We have a great team who can get the job done and deliver on time
